Axiocore builds focused, people-first products — including public AI transparency scoring and personal finance tools. This Privacy Policy covers the axiocore.tech hub site and describes, at a high level, how privacy works across our products.

Getting Started

This Policy applies to axiocore.tech (the “Hub”), which introduces Axiocore and links to our individual products. Each product we build — such as the AI Transparency Index and Paycheck Pilot — runs on its own subdomain and has its own supplemental Privacy Policy covering the specific data that product collects. Where the two differ, the product-specific policy governs for that product. For Paycheck Pilot, see its Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions on the app site (paycheckpilot.axiocore.tech, no dash). What Information Do We Collect on the Hub Site?

The Hub itself is primarily informational. We collect only what’s needed to operate and improve it:

  • Basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and analytics purposes.
  • Contact information you provide — if you reach out to us directly (for example, by email), we retain that correspondence to respond to you.

The Hub does not require an account and does not collect financial information. Individual products may collect additional information as described in their own privacy policies.

How Do We Use This Information?

To operate, secure, and improve the Hub site; to understand aggregate, de-identified traffic patterns; and to respond to inquiries sent to us directly.

Cookies and Analytics

The Hub may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic at a high level. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Hub.

Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical information with service providers who help us host and operate the Hub, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.

The Hub links to our own products (each on their own subdomain, each with its own privacy policy) and may occasionally link to unaffiliated third-party resources. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don’t operate.

Children’s Privacy

The Hub is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
